Initial sketches and UX wireframes were created to determine content hierarchy. UI design followed in a staggered approach with three key phases, gradually merging the visual language of Fetch into Paws in a hybrid fashion, agreed as the best way to achieve a smooth and less jarring customer transition.
Fetch Is Becoming Paws
The Fetch brand was purchased from Ocado in 2021 by the Kokoba Group, merging into the Paws brand. The brand transition UX and UI was managed, working closely with stakeholders from both companies to help educate customers and ensure a fluid and consistent migration.
